Since 2017, Lancôme have been committed to fighting inequality through education with our “Write Your Future” program. We empower women to write the next chapters of their life through literacy, scholarship, and mentoring programs.

We help women reach their own goals through education, in order to make a difference in their lives.

FIGHTING INEQUALITY THROUGH EDUCATION

According to UNESCO, education is considered a critical tool for empowering women, to help them pave their own path. It also contributes to creating a fairer, more prosperous, and inclusive world for us all and works towards gender equality.

Not only is education first and foremost a fundamental right, it is a force for economic, social and political transformation.

Yet today, women all over the world face barriers that prevent them from realizing their full potential, from their earliest stages of learning right through to their entry into the workforce.

Lancôme collaborates with local non-profit partners worldwide to actively support women’s leadership and independence. The expansion of our program over the years has shed light on the different types of inequalities women face.
